Job Description
The Department of Statistics is seeking an Undergraduate Academic Program Coordinator to support the academic and administrative functions of the undergraduate Statistics program. The coordinator will work closely with faculty, students, and staff to ensure the efficient operation and continuous improvement of the program.

Requirements

  • Serve as a liaison between Statistics undergraduate students, faculty, and various university offices
  • Maintain the schedule of courses in LionPath each semester
  • Monitor course enrollments and assist with waitlist management
  • Prepare and maintain student files, monitor graduation requirements
  • Assign and manage student and instructor course evaluations each term
