Role OverviewThe Underground Mine Planner/Scheduler is responsible for producing and delivering executable weekly mine plans that align with monthly plans. This role integrates input from multiple stakeholders across operations, geology, geotechnical, backfill, ventilation, and maintenance to ensure that all activities are coordinated, realistic, and achievable.
What You Will Do
Develop and publish the weekly mine plan, ensuring full alignment with the 3-month rolling plan/forecast and operational targets. Lead and facilitate the weekly pre-planning workshop with operations, maintenance, geology, geotechnical, ventilation, and services to resolve constraints and define the critical path.

Requirements
- 4-year degree in Mining Engineering
- 2+ years relevant experience in underground hard rock mining
- Experience in mine planning using DESWIK.sched or other scheduling software’s
- Experience in Drill & Blast
- Experience in Longhole Open Stoping
- Experience in underground development planning
