Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Math, or Sciences
  • Passing score on the AINS 103: Exploring Commercial Insurance exam
  • Completion of the Associate in Insurance (AU) designation within six months of promotion
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and concepts quickly
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to organize data, multi-task and make decisions independently
  • Strong relationship-building skills
