Requirements

• Analyze title insurance risks, underwriting issues, and regulatory concerns
• Provide underwriting solutions to agents, sales team, and title examiners
• Handle residential and commercial transactions underwriting
• Present training seminars to educate title agents and production staff
• Provide outstanding customer service while making sound underwriting decisions
• Handle a high volume of underwriting inquiries via email and telephone
• Analyze and respond to indemnity requests
• Call on existing Westcor agents and help increase wallet share
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting
• Travel with sales staff, managers or other underwriters for agent visits
• Work well in a remote team environment
