Role OverviewThe Unemployment Insurance Manager (Adjudication) leads the Unemployment Adjudication Team, including its supervisors and staff. The role involves managing daily operations, monitoring performance, and providing regular coaching and support.
What You Will Do
The Unemployment Insurance Manager (Adjudication) will run all day-to-day activities of the Adjudication Team, give clear and supportive leadership, and act as a subject-matter expert. The role also involves working with executives to improve policies and procedures, developing and refining practices to improve customer service and efficiency, and representing the agency during public speaking events.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of federal or state employment/unemployment programs, with a strong preference for unemployment benefits experience. Supervisory experience or training is required, and call center experience is helpful.
