Job Description
The Union Service Tech Relief is responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of the property meet the company's established standards and any applicable laws. The Service Technician diagnoses problems and makes repairs, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliance. Union Service Technicians are directly responsible for making ready vacated apartments for re-leasing.

Requirements

  • Respond to resident requests for maintenance and service
  • Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community
  • Provide pest control if required by the community
  • Ensure that apartments are ready for occupancy
  • Make sure all community lights and fire alarms are in good working order
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace
  • Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers
