Job Description
Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital seeks a Unit Care Technician for their Pediatrics department. Provides direct and indirect patient care under direction of licensed personnel. Facilitates care to meet patient's daily living activity needs and coordinates activities effectively.
Requirements
Contributes to the operation of the unit.
Responsible for completion of unit competency assessments and annual education review.
Preferred: 1 year of nursing school, EMT, CNA, or Medical Assistant Certification, customer service experience in a healthcare setting, or clerical experience in a healthcare setting, or one year patient care experience.
