What You Will Do
Responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating resident care, ensuring timely and accurate incident reporting, participating in facility committees, and providing clinical leadership and support to nursing staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN or RN in the state of Massachusetts, with a minimum of five years of nursing experience and two years of supervisory experience.
Requirements

- A nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
