Role OverviewResponsible for providing leadership and oversight to assigned team, ensuring productivity and quality goals are achieved while minimizing scrap. Establishes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics while developing assigned supervisors and leaders in the group, and analyzes data to determine root cause and troubleshoot performance issues.
What You Will Do
Convey goals and expectations clearly to assigned team, oversee planning for machines, equipment, and product flow, drive the safety culture of assigned team, establish and review key metrics to assess the team's performance, and foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Production Management, Engineering Technology or related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in a manufacturing organization
- Past experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system required
