Job Description
The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) Department of Pediatrics seeks a Pediatrician to join six pediatricians in 3 thriving practice sites in the Greater Charleston area. The provider will be a full member of the Division of General Pediatrics, sharing newborn and circumcision weekend and holiday coverage at the Shawn Jenkins Children's Hospital.

Requirements

  • Medical Doctor, or equivalent
  • Board Certified or Eligible by the ABP
  • Commitment to MUSC’s educational missions
  • Eligible for licensure in South Carolina
  • Strong interest in working with both typical as well as medically complex children
  • Comfort with seeing Level I newborns, performing newborn circumcisions, and seeing outpatient health maintenance and sick visits
