Job Description
This Business Analyst II provides database administration and analytical support, including data validation, troubleshooting, documentation, and performance optimization. This position coordinates the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and automated reports that support departmental decision making, monitors key performance indicators, ensures data consistency across platforms, and provides regular reporting updates to college stakeholders. In addition to data and reporting responsibilities, the Business Analyst II leads support for on campus and off campus classroom technology, including audio visual systems, lecture capture systems, and other emerging technologies used by the College of Health Professions.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma and three years experience in computer system development and modification. A bachelor's degree in a related area may be substituted for the required work experience
