Job Description
Inspects construction performed by contractors at the Medical University of South Carolina to ensure that work complies with plans and specifications and has been done in accordance with pertinent codes, regulations, and standards of craftsmanship. Prepares reports detailing results of inspections, problems encountered and solutions devised. Plans and coordinates outages with customers and provides general supervision of construction work done by contractors and MUSC forces on alteration and repair projects.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Four years professional experience directly related to the area of employment
  • Valid driver's license
