Job Description
Provide quality, accurate and timely customer service involving daily processing of financial transactions and opening accounts in a retail banking environment.

Requirements

  • Provide both teller and platform support to keep client wait times to a minimum and to provide quality customer service
  • Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate products and services to meet those needs
  • Open and process new demand and time deposit accounts
  • Conduct regular outbound calls to clients and prospects
  • Assist client with loan application for personal/retail consumer needs
