Role OverviewFCCU has been serving the community for over 75 years. This position is the Customer Ambassador for the financial institution within their assigned Region. The incumbent's overall purpose is providing quality and efficiency to members, often through digital or electronic interfaces. Universal Banker is responsible for conducting teller transactions and cash vault transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
What You Will Do
Open new memberships, deposits and loan accounts for new members. Conduct teller transactions, cash vault transactions, and service membership accounts. Explain loan and credit options, prepare loan documentation, and book loans. Troubleshoot and resolve member inquiries.
