Role OverviewThe Universal Banker provides timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and thorough proper handling of all monies assigned. Deliver superior quality service, identifying and understanding the client’s financial needs.
What You Will Do
Perform complex and standardized transactions, educate clients on digital self-service solutions, support team sales process, participate in Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), and adhere to internal controls and operational procedures.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
- Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to master personal computer keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
- Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required
