Role OverviewThe Universal Banker will provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions, maintain accurate records, and handle all monies assigned. They will deliver superior quality service, identifying and understanding the client’s financial needs. The Universal Banker will be cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a focus on assisting with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.
What You Will Do
The essential duties and responsibilities of the Universal Banker include providing a distinctive client experience, educating clients on digital self-service solutions, supporting team sales process, understanding Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), participating in sales, service, and product knowledge meetings, and adhering to internal controls and risk management policies.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
- Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
- Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required
