Role OverviewThe Universal Banker / Teller will provide exceptional member service by identifying needs and offering financial solutions, processing transactions, and educating members on loans. They will strive to increase member satisfaction and account retention by educating members on credit union resources and opportunities.
What You Will Do
The Universal Banker / Teller will build relationships with members through excellent service, receive and process member financial transactions, offer solutions for members' financial needs, and make outbound calls for onboarding and sales.

Requirements
- High School diploma, G.E.D, or other equivalent
- Previous cash handling, customer service and/or sales experience
- Must be self driven with effective communication skills
- 6+ months experience in building customer relationships and offering sales and solutions to benefit the customer, preferred
- Proficient with standard office business machinery and software
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
