Job Description
The Universal Banker creates a positive customer relationship by delivering best in class customer experience, sales/service solutions, and handling teller transactions. The role requires proficiency in digital channel technology and ability to educate customers. The Universal Banker must drive proactive sales conversations, acquire new customers, and promote branch growth through customer development and retention. The role also involves serving as a contact for customer problem resolution, managing risk, and performing complex branch operational duties. The Universal Banker must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations, including compliance with Atlantic Union Bankshares’ BSA/AML Policy and Procedures.
