Requirements

• Performs sales, service, and financial activities with all clients
• Conducts and completes client conversations to identify financial needs and potential solutions
• Offers information on bank products and services to enhance the banking relationship
• Completes sales and referral activity documentation for performance tracking
• Receives checks and cash for deposit, verifies deposit amounts, and examines checks for endorsement and negotiability
• Performs special tasks such as preparing official checks, processing cash advance, and redeeming savings bonds
• Provides safe deposit box accounting support
• Generates new business to meet branch and individual sales, service, and referral goals
• Adheres to and completes all transactions in accordance with bank policies, procedures, and security measures
