Universal Banker Float

The Universal Banker Float is responsible for building and expanding relationships with current and future customers, operating a cash drawer, and following the bank's sales process. The role requires exceptional customer service, sales, and relationship building skills. The Universal Banker Float will work as part of the branch team to ensure individual and branch goals are met.

What You Will Do

Accurately process transactions, safeguard the bank's assets, utilize the bank's CRM software, assist customers with account needs, and participate in daily/weekly meetings with the Bank Manager.
