Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 2-3 years or more of related experience in a financial institution
  • Basic knowledge of state and federal banking compliance regulations
  • Basic skills in computer operations and Microsoft Office products
  • Intermediate typing skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Effective oral, written and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to understand and follow procedures, write correspondence and speak clearly to customers and other Bank employees
  • Ability to deal with difficult problems and work with minimal supervision
