Job Description
Universal Banker I - South Belt, answers customers' questions, explains available Bank services, cross sells Bank products and services, compiles information and creates necessary forms and/or documents to open the account, and acts as customer service representative to existing and new customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 2-3 years or more of related experience
  • Basic knowledge of state and federal banking compliance regulations and other Bank operational policies
  • Basic skills in computer operations and Microsoft Office products and intermediate typing skills
  • Basic math skills such as the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers
  • Effective oral, written and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
