Role OverviewThis position is the Customer Ambassador for the bank, providing quality and efficiency to customers who prefer face-to-face interaction. The Universal Banker I performs primarily in a teller role, processing and recording routine transactions, and has secondary responsibilities in new accounts.
What You Will Do
Accurately and efficiently process and record routine transactions, promote and advise on bank products and services, refer customers to the appropriate source or channel, and perform specialized tasks such as preparing cashier's checks and balancing assigned cash drawers.
