Role OverviewAs a Universal Banker, you will identify sales opportunities, deepen existing relationships, and grow Salem Five's market share in the communities it serves. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience every time by making a personal connection with every customer, uncovering their financial needs, and making educated product and service recommendations.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include business development, customer experience, business acumen and technical knowledge, and banking operations. You will engage in defined sales activities, participate in team meetings, contribute to branch sales goals, and celebrate team successes.

Requirements
- High school diploma, or equivalent required
- Some experience in a retail environment preferred, but not required
- Federally registered through the National Mortgage Licensing System and individual records to be in good standing
