Role OverviewThe Universal Banker II must have exceptional customer service, sales and relationship building skills while following the bank’s sales process. The UB ll is responsible for building and expanding relationships with current and future customers and working as part of the branch team to ensure individual and branch goals are met.
What You Will Do
Accurately process transactions, safeguard the bank’s assets, utilize the bank’s CRM software, assist customers with account needs, and participate in daily/weekly meetings with Bank Manager.
