Role OverviewAs a Universal Banker II, you will identify sales opportunities, deepen existing relationships, and grow Salem Five's market share in the communities it serves. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience every time by making a personal connection with every customer, uncovering their financial needs, and making educated product and service recommendations.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging in defined sales activities, participating in team meetings, contributing toward branch sales goals, and celebrating team successes. You will also have a good understanding of the business of banking, including income and expense streams and portfolio of products and services.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for a candidate with a high level of proficiency with Salem Five's digital technology offerings, proficient with mobile smart phones and desktop applications, and able to demonstrate a high level of proficiency with the Internet. You will also be able to quickly learn and adhere to all policies and procedures related to branch operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma, or equivalent required
- Two years' experience in a retail or banking environment required, supervisory experience preferred
- Federally registered through the National Mortgage Licensing System and individual records in good standing
