Job Description
Provide quality, accurate and timely customer service involving daily processing of financial transactions and opening accounts in a retail banking environment.

Requirements

  • Sales and service: Provide both teller and platform support to keep client wait times to a minimum and to provide quality customer service.
  • Client experience: Research and resolve problems and respond to client inquiries on account status.
  • Compliance and risk management: Expected compliance with bank regulations, policies, procedures, risk management, internal controls, and the First Horizon code of ethics.
