Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Six months to one year of banking or related experience in the sales or financial industry
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
  • Effective selling, cross-selling, and referral skills
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Self-motivated/takes initiative
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously
