Job Description
Responsible for opening, maintaining and closing various types of Bank accounts, generating referrals, processing teller transactions, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Run a teller cash drawer
  • Exercise authority to sign official checks and complete teller overrides
  • Accept and process various transactions
  • Ensure vault cash is handled under dual control
  • Ensure all negotiable instruments and confidential records are properly secured
  • Coordinate with branch manager regarding sales and service operations
  • Exercise sound judgment in resolving client and/or employee issues
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of bank products and services
