Role OverviewWe are looking for a Universal Banker to join our team at Mission Fed Credit Union. The ideal candidate will have 18 months of experience in a retail branch environment and be able to actively cross-sell products & services. The role requires strong listening, verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills.
What You Will Do
As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for opening new accounts, processing routine member account transactions, researching and resolving member inquiries, and conducting sales activities to cross-sell products and services.
