The Universal Banker is responsible for providing transactional support and exceptional customer service while maintaining essential controls and safeguards.
What You Will Do
The role involves handling deposits and withdrawals, opening new accounts, processing loan applications, receiving and counting daily inventories of cash, providing positive customer experience, helping customers select investment options, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
