Role OverviewJoin SCU Credit Union as a Universal Banker to deliver outstanding customer service, build lasting relationships, and support daily branch operations. In this role, you'll assist members with transactions, recommend financial products and services, and help create a positive banking experience while maintaining compliance with security and regulatory standards.
What You Will Do
Process deposits, payments, and other banking transactions, build and deepen member relationships, educate members on digital banking tools and services, resolve account inquiries, and support daily operations.

Requirements
- Strong cash handling, customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of (or willing to learn) banking operations, products, and regulations
