Role OverviewAs a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for providing retail banking services and products to customers, developing meaningful relationships with each customer, and assisting with new and existing customers to understand their financial needs, resolve issues, and process teller transactions.
What You Will Do
You will educate customers on the different ways they can bank with us by recommending and opening appropriate products and services to help them with their financial needs. You will also assist with new and existing customers to understand their financial needs, resolve issues, and process teller transactions.

Requirements
- Six months or more of customer service experience
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Possesses strong customer service and excellent communications skills
- Ability to quickly learn and properly use various software programs
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
