Role OverviewThe Universal Banker is responsible for working as both a Teller and Personal Banker to better serve InterBank customers. This role requires a positive working relationship with customers and co-workers, and maintaining strict confidentiality guidelines in accordance with Bank policy.
What You Will Do
Processes customer transactions, handles customer complaints, performs data entry, and maintains currency and coin requirements. The Universal Banker also cross-sells products and services, and assists with customer phone calls.

Requirements
- High school graduation or G.E.D. equivalent
- Two years of personal banking or bank customer service experience
- Satisfactory credit and criminal background check
