The Universal Banker creates a positive customer relationship by effectively communicating a clear understanding of the benefits of Atlantic Union Bank’s products and services, while delivering best in class customer experience, sales/service solutions, and handling teller transactions.

Requirements

  • Create customer loyalty through needs-based conversations
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services
  • Proficiency in digital channel technology
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and external interactions
  • Acquire new customers through prospecting efforts
  • Strong individual sales/referral skills
  • Promote the branch’s overall growth
  • Partner with other lines of business to identify/refer customer needs
  • Uncover and provide solutions for lending needs
  • Serve as a contact for customer problem resolution
  • Review individual performance via scorecard and make necessary adjustments
  • Perform teller functions and cash transactions
  • Balance cash each day
  • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations
  • Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures
  • Perform complex branch operational duties as assigned
  • Ensure that all required training is successfully completed
  • Maintain a drug-free workplace
