Role OverviewThe Universal Head Teller is the bridge between branch management and frontline service. By coordinating schedules, supervising complex processes like wire transfers, and managing the branch vault and ATM, you ensure the branch runs smoothly and securely. Your leadership in coaching tellers and maintaining strict regulatory compliance protects the credit union's integrity while providing a "best-in-class" experience for our members.
What You Will Do
Coordinate scheduling and daily duties for the teller team, set a professional example and handle performance evaluations and coaching. Maintain total accountability for the branch vault, ATM, and cash recyclers-managing the ordering, receiving, and disbursement of cash supplies. Help members open accounts, manage direct deposits, handle stop payments, and resolve basic bookkeeping questions.

Requirements
- At least six months of cashier/money handling experience
- Previous leadership experience in a financial setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
