Role OverviewThe primary purpose of this position is to provide quality service to the Credit Union members. This is accomplished by serving as a liaison between the member and the credit union; greeting and welcoming credit union members in a professional and timely manner; providing information to current as well as prospective members on membership eligibility, account types, loan products and any other services the Credit Union offers.

Requirements
- Knowledge of general credit union operational procedures
- Education up to the equivalent of a four-year high school education
- Previous teller experience or member service experience
