Role OverviewThe Universal Teller provides excellent customer service to current and potential members and represents the Credit Union in a positive, professional manner. The Universal Teller will assist current and potential members with inquiries about our products and services and make appropriate recommendations.
What You Will Do
Cash checks, answer phone and electronic inquiries, balance currency and coin, cross-sell FCU products, conduct loan interviews, process membership and checking applications, and adhere to OFAC and Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
Why It Might Be a Fit
A high school diploma or GED combined with 1-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent mix of education and hands-on experience, and a current driver's license.
