The Universal Worker is responsible for providing care and well-being to residents, assisting with daily needs, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Requirements

  • Assist with care needs such as toileting, ambulation, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
  • Understand and report changes in resident's condition
  • Assist with activities and get residents to scheduled appointments
  • Deliver and restock incontinent supplies
  • Maintain general cleanliness of resident's apartment
  • Perform assigned housekeeping duties
  • Maintain responsibility for pagers, keys, and radios
  • Answer call lights in a timely manner
