Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Assurance, or Cyber security
- Excellent academic record – Minimum overall 3.0 GPA or higher
- Participation in a Synchrony Internship
- Passion and aptitude for technology
- Strong technical and analytical skills, coupled with sharp business acumen
- Relevant internship or co-op or work experience
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead projects of varying scope
- Ability to work in teams effectively
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Passion for excellence with high integrity and commitment to quality
- Inquisitive and able to learn quickly
