Proud Moments is seeking a University Recruiting Program Administrator to lead campus engagement, build pipelines of future BCBA students, and shape the future of ABA services for children. This role involves developing and executing university engagement strategies, managing the recruitment process, and building relationships with university stakeholders. The program aims to strengthen Proud Moments’ presence at target universities and create a sustainable pipeline of future BCBA professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in university recruiting, early talent programs, or campus engagement (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
