Job Description
The AMS Early Career team is seeking a University Relations Specialist to lead and support initiatives that build and strengthen TikTok's university relationships across the Americas. This role will play an integral part in shaping and executing recruiting strategies, creating high-value partnerships with universities, and driving top-of-funnel talent acquisition to fuel TikTok’s global pipeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and executing programs or events, preferably within early careers, talent acquisition, or HR.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence and engage at all levels.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn, and Social Media platforms.
