Job Description
The Upfitter Technician Team Lead is responsible for converting brand-new vehicles into fully equipped police and emergency response units while leading and supporting a team of upfitter technicians. This role requires advanced automotive electrical and mechanical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to quality, safety, and production efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of automotive electrical systems experience
  • 5+ years of police or emergency vehicle upfitting experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Texas drivers license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and leadership mindset
  • Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to pass an extensive background check
