Role OverviewProvides support for O, I and D-level tasks in support of Presidential Helicopter platforms in accordance with the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP), applicable technical data, and federal contract requirements.
What You Will Do
Repairs and rebuilds upholstered aircraft furnishings using hand tools and knowledge of fabrics and upholstery methods.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have 3+ years of experience performing tasks listed in position description, working knowledge of upholstery, sewing processes and products, and ability to work in high-noise environments.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience performing tasks listed in position description
- Working knowledge of publications, drawings, blueprints, microfilm, diagrams and schematics
- Working knowledge of upholstery, sewing processes and products
- 5+ years aviation maintenance experience preferred
- 3+ years VH-92A, VH-3D, VH-60N or similar aircraft maintenance experience preferred
