Job Description
Perform a combination of preventative maintenance, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, upholstery, painting and electrical maintenance throughout property. Implements routine maintenance and urgent repair in accordance with sound engineering practices and occupational health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • High school degree
  • 1+ years of experience in maintenance or related field
  • Must have experience with upholstery, carpentry, and electrical maintenance
