Role Overview

The UPLIZNA gMG Senior Associate, HCP Marketing will play an important role in supporting the execution of strategic healthcare professional (HCP) marketing initiatives that educate customers, strengthen brand differentiation, and enable best-in-class field execution. Working closely with HCP marketing leadership, agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders, this individual will help bring commercial strategy to life by coordinating marketing projects, supporting development of promotional materials, and ensuring flawless execution of key commercial initiatives.

What You Will Do

Support the development, review, and deployment of branded, disease-state, and unbranded promotional materials, coordinate marketing projects from planning through execution, facilitate promotional materials through the Material Approval and Compliance (MAC) process, and build strong partnerships across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Global Marketing, Market Research, Digital, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree OR Master's degree and 1 year of directly related experience OR Bachelor's degree and 2 years of directly related experience OR Associate's degree and 6 years of directly related experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of directly related experience
  • 2+ years of biopharmaceutical or healthcare commercial experience in marketing, sales, commercial operations, project management, or a related business function
  • Experience supporting the development and execution of promotional marketing materials
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with agency partners, promotional review processes, Veeva, and the Material Approval and Compliance (MAC) process preferred
  • Neurology, rare disease, or specialty pharmaceutical experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, learning agility, and a passion for delivering high-quality commercial execution
