Role OverviewAs a server at Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for guests, engaging in casual conversation, and creating a unique restaurant destination. You'll gain menu knowledge and provide recommendations to guests. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment.
What You Will Do
Submit guest menu selections, present food and beverage preferences, and engage in casual conversation to create a memorable dining experience.

Requirements
- Previous Upscale Dining experience required
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- DABS certification
- Current Food Handler permit
