Job Description
BWX Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Uranium Recovery Engineer to provide engineering support for Uranium Recovery Operations. The successful candidate will participate in troubleshooting, lead process improvement projects, and support production operations as a technical lead and subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • BS in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical disciplines preferred)
  • At least 7 years of engineering experience
  • At least 2 years of Chemical Processing experience (preferably with Uranium)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated success working in a team environment
  • Demonstrated success authoring technical reports
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision
  • Capable of leading multi-discipline teams
  • Demonstrable skills and knowledge of CAD software (preferably Solid Edge)
  • US Citizen with no dual citizenship
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) clearance
