Job Description
This position is responsible for management of operations, finances, and overall performance of the Urgent Care department to ensure delivery of high-quality, timely care, an exceptional patient experience, and optimal provider and team member engagement.

Requirements

  • Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
  • Minimum 3-5 years of management experience
  • Active unencumbered State of Maine Registered Nurse license
  • BLS certification
  • Proficiency in EHR systems and operational reporting tools
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for urgent care settings
