Role OverviewThe Urgent Care Nurse Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of care, staffing, performance improvement, and operational flow in the Urgent Care Facility. They provide professional nursing care and support for patients receiving treatments, examinations, and evaluations. The manager also oversees the maintenance and filing of administrative and patient records, coordinates billing operations, and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
The Nurse Manager will coordinate care for patients, supervise employees, provide professional nursing care, and ensure quality safe care according to current standards of practice. They will also oversee daily mail operations, purchase equipment and materials, and prepare administrative and management reports.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 3-4 years of clinical experience in an emergency, critical care, or urgent care setting, as well as a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience. You will also need to be proficient in computer applications, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be certified in Basic Life Support.
